Being a volunteer at WorldTop ESN
Since 2005, the association lives thanks to generations of volunteers who have succeeded one another and who always work with the same goals. They are vital to the smooth running of the association : they are present during the different events and they help with the event planning.
WorldTop ESN has about thirty volunteers involved in the carrying out actions throughout the year. Our volunteers have different profiles, but they have all the same willingness : welcoming and helping foreign students. They like the international dimension, and many of them have already completed a mobility abroad.
How to become a volunteer ?
Each year, we conduct a volunteer recruitment campaign from summer until early September through our social media and posters in universities. If you want to join the team, you just have to fill out a recruitment form. In September, old and new volunteers meet each other during a pre-entry meetin, to get to know each other and to learn more about the association and future events.
Conditions to become a volunteer:
- Being a student
- Understanding french: no need to be French to be a volunteer at WorldTop ESN but you have to be able to follow a conversation in French
- Being available in Clermont-Ferrand during at least one semester
- Paying the 5€ membership fee
- Participating in the meetings
- Respecting the values of the association
- Helping with the events organization and the social inclusion of international students
